Nurch aims to create a community within childcare centres, through engendering loyalty, allowing for improved resourcing, overall, to help provide better consistency of care for our children. There are a number of reasons to suggest why this is important for our children and why we should care about it.
Loyalty rewards programs aren’t a new concept, they have been around for 40 years; the idea of rewarding customers for their dedication to a brand and in turn creating retention for a business is an everyday concept for Australians. In fact, according to a study by Loyalty Reward & Co, published on ACCC, Research shows that almost 80 per cent of Australians are members of at least one loyalty scheme.
The Australian government has finally increased the Childcare Subsidy income requirements which are based on your family income estimate and work or study needs. If you have not previously registered for Childcare Subsidy, I highly recommend you ring Centrelink to begin the process today.
