NURCH REFER AND EARN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Nurch Pty Ltd (“we” or “us”) offers brand supporters (“you”) the opportunity to participate in the referral program (“Program”) to earn 7500 points in accordance with the terms and conditions below:
HOW TO ENTER
To participate in the program, you should visit www.nurch.com.au/refer and follow the instructions on this page to refer your childcare centre to partner with Nurch.
You must be over the age of 18, have at least 1 child enrolled into the Childcare Centre you refer, and this centre must be in Australia. The name, email and phone number you provide Nurch must match your enrollment records with your childcare centre so we can identify you. You cannot be an employee and/or owner at the Childcare centre you refer to Nurch.
To be eligible to receive the reward, you must be eligible to join Nurch at the Childcare Centre you refer. You must agree to the Nurch terms and conditions.
The Childcare centre you refer must not already be or in the process of being a Nurch partner centre and they must agree to all the terms and conditions set out in our partnership agreement.
If there are multiple referrals for the same childcare centre/group, you acknowledge that Nurch will only recognise the first three eligible referrers and we are under no obligation to disclose the other referrers to you. Nurch will contact any successful referrals when the Childcare Centre begins their partnership with us.
If all the eligibility requirements outlined above are met, you will receive a maximum of 1 referral reward of 7500 points valued at $250 within 21 days from the commencement of the partnership date.
The reward cannot be sold, transferred to another member, or redeemed for anything else except for what is offered through the Nurch portal.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Nurch reserves the right to amend or cancel the program at any time without notice to you. Any unclaimed eligible referrers will be automatically forfeited.
You must comply with “SPAM” Laws. You are to invite Childcare Centres that you are enrolled with and who know you as an enrolled parent. Any bulk distribution will be deemed unsolicited commercial email or “Spam” and you will be prohibited to participate in the referral program.
