Supporting our community through a pandemic crisis

During uncertain times, we learn what and who really matters. When we get through this current crisis, we will need someone to care for our children while we provide for our families. With that, it is imperative that childcare centres are back to business as usual. That means staff are to remain employed, you get days that suit your work schedule and your child reunites with happy familiar faces.

While centres are part of what we know as ‘essential services,’ families are struggling with the uncertainty around employment or fear of contracting coronavirus. Total occupancy is decreasing for every centre day by day. Centres require families to keep placements. If we don’t support centres right now through this crisis, the harsh reality is a lot may not be there when this is over and we resume business working normally again. Without our partners, Nurch doesn’t exist either.

It is vital for Nurch right now to show our partners and members support. While we never imagined we would ever have to face these unprecedented times, we are grateful that our program was already built to support the best interests of our childcare community. And this is how:

This means that you may even reach silver or Gold when you’re ready to return after the pandemic is over. This really is a win-win for you and your centre.

SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY:

Our goal was to create a program that provided an innovative solution to enrolment retention to help our partners grow. We understand your centres profits rely heavily on families paying their fees. That is why our points system is not activated until after a family pays their portion of fees but families loyalty is still being rewarded through our membership class system. Our program also has no fees if your centre needs to close temporarily.

We have designed a program to support your centres get through these uncertain times. We have designed a program to enhance your brand loyalty Our promotional portal is designed for you to support your community when they need it most. You can promote vacancies or even just use this as an opportunity to give back when families need it. Nurch was designed to help our partners flourish, even in unprecedented times.

It is times like this that allow every business the opportunity to show how much heart they have. At Nurch, we know that without our members or partners, Nurch doesn’t exist. So, we are working hard to ensure our program supports them and helps them bounce back better than before.

If you are interested in how Nurch can help your centre bounce back after the Corona Virus pandemic is over, please reach out and arrange a time chat about what your centre hopes to achieve in the future. We’re in this together and together we will get through this.
